I think I’m a bit behind the times with this one, judging by the number of usernames I had to go through before I found one that was free. But it’s a very simple yet very effective idea. So many forums etc now have you upload you avatar and it’s almost impossible to keep them all in sync. That was until I found Gravatar.
So, you upload your photo to there, and then just link to it from all your other forums etc. I’m yet to update all the sites I’m registered on, maybe that’s a job for the weekend – I’ll add it to the ever expanding list!
